Love

“Love of a lifetime”

I am really amazed when I know that two couples are married for a long year I often wondered how they work on it to make their marriage for so long. For sure, the best secret there is love, but how do they keep a love that would last for a lifetime? Love we know is the most abused word in a dictionary has lot of meanings and people has a different point of views about love, for me I would say that love would not exist if there is no trust towards your partner in life. Trust is the basic element in every relationship it is something that you would to work hard once you are in a relationship once you have gained trust to each other you must take care of it because once it is destroyed it is really hard to restore it again, maybe you come up to your mind why I had said it well its because I experienced it for myself, I am still young but I had gone through a lot of relationships that’s why based on all my past relationships I learned a lot on how to work more on a relationship.

Let me share briefly about my relationship now. Me and my partner now in 9 months of relationship for the past few months we had arguments and mostly we decided to end up our relationship but we try to think it over again these are just a few struggles in a relationship and we come to think that if we stayed on our parents for how many years why not stay long on our relationship? Love really keeps us going on our relationship and so with trust. Let me also share what are some rules on how to keep love a lifetime most especially to those who are married couples.

v Never both be angry at the same time

v Never yell at each other unless the house is on fire

v If one of you has to win an argument, let it be your mate

v If you have to criticize, do it lovingly

v Never bring up mistakes of the past

v Neglect the whole world rather than each other

v Never go to sleep with an argument unsettled

v At least once every day try to say one kind or complimentary thing to your life’s partner

v When you have done something wrong, be ready to admit it and ask for forgiveness

v It takes two to make a quarrel, and the one in the wrong is the one who does the most talking.

This can also be used a guide not only for married couples but as for those who are in a young relationship. Love unconditionally.

How to Lose Weight Quickly

To loose weight is not as hard as most people think! It is easy to lose weight, but to maintain ideal weight is another thing. A common practice of people who want to lose weight is to go on a “diet.” The stricter the diet (lower calories), the faster they lose weight, and lose weight they really do! But oftentimes, the weight loss is very temporary. Once the strict diet becomes boring and tiresome they tend to go back on their old way of eating result? The fat they lost will go back again.

Burn more calories than you consume, count calories and keep a food diary, go on a diet Cut down on sugar high fructose corn syrup, trans fat and saturated fat. Burn more calories by exercising; run, walk even exercise at the computer you are sitting in front of now.

Choose a healthy diet this doe not contain excessive quantities of fat, sugar or salt, and that provide enough vitamins and minerals for the body to function at peak efficiency. Don’t go on for a crash diet because your body is slowly adapting changes in your food preference.

Perform high-level aerobic activities moderate aerobic workouts incorporating jogging, brisk walking, cycling, aerobic machines, or classes not only burn calories they also keep your heart healthy. Swimming is also great, especially if you are quite overweight or have joint problems, because you can get the same benefits of running typically burning even more calories. Have a 30-40 minutes aerobic exercise for atleast four times a day.

Be confident try not to focus on negatively on how others perceived you. You need to always encourage yourself to achieve the goals that you have set. Diet and exercise are few of the essentials that you need to know when you want to lose weight. The combination of diet and exercise are the major factors responsible for the actual physiological process of weight loss. Just be consistent and disciplined you need stick to your weight loss plan religiously so as to see results.

Fitness

How to Burn Fat-Not Muscle

Fats can be divided into three categories; polyunsaturated, monosaturated, and saturated, referring to the amount of hydrogen in the fat molecules. Fats yield a pleasant pleasure flavor and consistency to food and some are necessary nutrients. Also, they are plentiful sources of food energy.

How to burn fat and not muscle? It’s easy as having regular exercise that best fit to you, look at the intensity, frequency, and duration. From low to moderate intensities of exercise the absolute rate of fat oxidation. Low intensities of exercise are as follows; taking a stroll, a long strike bike ride, a gentle stretching routine, do more physical chores, and a simple walking it doesn’t have to be a structured workout. Moderate exercise are like hard workouts, just be more consistent in you program.

Foods that are high in protein and fiber are the best kinds of food to eat if you want to burn fat. The more protein you eat the more calories you burn. Eggs are high in protein and essential to helping you burn fat. Low fat dairy products such as non-fat yogurt and low-fat milk if you take this in three to four times a day the faster you will burn fat, this is not only to help strengthen your bones but is essential to burn the unwanted fats. Olive oil is rich in monosaturated fat; this is good in helping you to burn fat and keeps cholesterol down. Green tea is also a fat burner and because it increases metabolism and water because it detoxifies waste products in our body.

There may be a lot of ways on how to burn fat but the most important key to achieve it is by having motivation in you so to speak be consistent on what you do and learn how to discipline yourself.

Medical Recommendations

Latest medical recommendations to get rid of acne

Acne is characterized by minor, though occasionally severe, skin-eruptions due to inflammation around the sebaceous glands. Most prominent on the face, upper chest, to back, the sebaceous glands secrete sebum, a thick, oily substance that lubricates the skin. Acne develops when sebum flow is blocked by skin cells, dried sebum or bacteria. Bacteria normally found on the surface of the skin may then infect the whitehead or blackheads, produce pus, and cause an eruption (pimple).

Acne is due to hormonal changes puberty, resulting in increased sebum production, hereditary factors, certain drugs or compounds, including corticosteroids, iodides, bromides and lithium. Other factors including climate changes, stress and exposure to disease.

It is most common during adolescence and can cause considerable psychological distress. Eruptions tend to wane by one’s 20s, but they may persist. Acne is generally harmless and responsive to treatment.

There is no evidence that dietary modifications (such as avoiding chocolate or greasy foods) will reduce the incidence of acne in those so predisposed. Picking or squeezing acne lesions may increase the danger of infection and scarring.

HOW TO TREAT IT?

v .Regular washing of the face and unscented soap to remove excessive oil is recommended. However, over washing can irritate skin, making acne worse.

v Topical solutions that dry the skin, promote peeling and kill bacteria usually improve acne. Over-the-counter preparations most commonly contain salicylic-acid or benzoyl peroxide.

v Several different preparation forms of synthetic vitamin A (Retin A, Differin, and Tazorac) can be administered topically.

v In more severe cases, topical or oral antibiotics like tetracycline and erythromycin may be prescribed.

v For severe cases resistant to antibiotics, an oral vitamin A derivative drug. Acutane, may be used, but this drug is contraindicated for pregnant women since they may damage to the fetus. Other potential side effects; people taking it must be closely monitored by physician, usually with monthly visits and blood tests.

v After acne has been fully controlled scars can be treated with standard or laser surgery or a resurfacing procedure called dermabrasion.
